We had already come in 2014, the stay had been very pleasant...which was not the case for our 9-day stay in September 2022!
The hotel is dilapidated as a whole, both the rooms and the exteriors.
The food is varied but very Italian focused (hotel occupied mainly by Italians). The quality is however to be reviewed since we were sick for 5 days.
The reception leaves something to be desired and the management team is to be reviewed in the management of problems and the lack of consideration of the clientele.
Indeed, the neighbors upstairs vomited on our terrace, the manager for the only resolution of the problem told us that they were leaving the same evening. These neighbors stayed for the duration of our stay...

Bellissimo resort molto a sud di Marsa. Giardini e zone comuni tenute alla perfezione. Camere standard all’altezza, non giustificabile spendere di più x la parte deluxe, con ambiente più riservato ma triste e con cantiere rumoroso molto vicino. Ovunque pulizia al top: spazi comuni, toilettes, spiagge e piscine. Cucina molto casalinga, cucinata, gustosa e varia, bevande comprese, cocktail e liquori egiziani pessimi, vino discreto. Divertimento assicurato con Alpitur/Bravo anche la sera in spiaggia. Servizi in alcuni casi un po’ naïf. Piccole mance ovunque saranno gradite. Mare stupendo anche se nella nostra settimana molto vento e un po’ freddo in spiaggia. Ricevimento alla reception da rivedere in assoluto. Nel complesso una bella settimana al mare in inverno a prezzi ragionevoli. Ritorneremo

Nice resort with a nice beach. The lagoon prevents the usual distance differences between tides, makes it ideal for little swimmers and snorkeling, and the food is super excellent. However, not the local alcoholic drinks I couldn't drink except the Beer is OK.

we are currently at the hotel, as part of the all-inclusive they don't want to give us more than 1 water per room, there are 4 of us, I have children, they want money for another bottle. they don't treat everyone fairly here, I know and have evidence that other visitors get more water than I need. I went to the reception at night to ask for water, very arrogant attitude, they didn't give me anything. other visitors to the hotel when they were watching the situation offered me their own water, very bad attitude of the hotel and reception. we don't want anything extra, but the basic thing. bribes work here on a large scale, but even then you are not sure that you will get water. sad, not giving a mother of two children 1 water for the children.

Appena tornati da una settimana. Vacanza top tutto perfetto. Dalla location al mangiare,animtori bravi e non invadenti,personale gentile. Fatta qualche escursione in quad e in barcs...che dire..si riprogramma sicuramente per il prossimo anno....forse anche prima

Hotel - rewelacja! A największym plusem jest tam jedzenie. Po prostu bajka! Aby wypocząć i dobrze zjeść - super hotel z ogromną ilością zieleni. Opinia dotycząca Coral Travel: 1. Pierwszy raz w życiu mieliśmy chorobę podczas wyjazdu. Egipski rezydent - zero oddzewu, zero pomocy! Przez dwa dni - echo. Sami sobie musieliśmy organizować leczenie. Zainteresowany jest jedynie wciskaniem wycieczek. I tak u El- Polako snurkowanie - 35$ za osobę. U tego dżentelmena 60$ za osobę. Jechalismy tym samym busem, płynęliśmy tym samym statkiem, jedliśmy ten sam obiad i mieliśmy tych samych instruktorów. 2. Zakup wyjazdu: na stronie - powrót w poniedziałek o 00:20, na umowie: niedziela 10:30. Podczas korespondencji mailowej Pani z Corala wciskała nam kit, że samolot już był pełen, a jak jej zrobiłem screena, że oferta wylotu w poniedziałek nadal jest dostępna, to zaproponowała dopłatę do tego lotu 150 zł za osobę Oceńcie sami takie traktowanie!

Wakacje w listopadzie, hotel ładny, duża ilość basenów W basenach podgrzewana woda oraz bary Jedzenie urozmaicone i smaczne Minusy które sprawiają, że nie polecę tego miejsca. Animacje dla dzieci tylko w języku włoskim. Klub dziecięcy w języku włoskim. Obsługa na barach bardzo nie uprzejma, złośliwa. Nie takiej jakość obsługi oczekujemy na urlopie

Resort tenuto bene e pulito. Ben organizzato per qualsiasi cosa, dagli spostamenti da/per l’aeroporto alle escursioni e assistenza. Animazione più scarsa rispetto ad esperienze passate con bravo ma comunque piacevole. Villaggio adatto a chi preferisce stare in relax, poco movimento e poca festa. Ottima pulizia in camera. Per quanto riguarda il cibo ho tolto una stella… tantissima varietà e i piatti sono buoni… la pasta deliziosa… ma purtroppo su 7 che eravamo in 3 hanno avuto problemini intestinali. Acqua delle caraffe non buona, quella gasata sa terribilmente di cloro. Giardinaggio top! Escursioni….consigliato Luxor… vi farete 13 ore di viaggio in un giorno ma ne varrà la pena!!! Si viaggia di notte. Ben organizzata con guida turistica h24, colazione e pranzo inclusi. Abbiamo fatto anche snorkling ad Abu Dabbab con i ragazzi davvero professionali e abbiamo visto davvero le grosse tartarughe marine.
